SEAN D. SCHOENBORN ,
was born in Buffalo, New York on March 5, 1976, graduated
from the State University of New York at Geneseo with
a B.A. in psychology in 1998 and received his J.D. from
the State University of New York at Buffalo School of
Law in 2001. Mr. Schoenborn was admitted to the New
York State Bar in 2002 and is a member of the Erie County
Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and
New York State Defender's Association. He is also licensed
to practice law in the Federal Courts of New York, and
was admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona
in January, 2005.
Sean focuses his practice on personal injury, real estate
transactions, Surrogate’s Court practice, and criminal law
including DWIs. He also represents professional athletes, and
advises pre-professional athletes, primarily in the sport of ice
hockey. His experience includes assisting in negotiating and
arbitrating NHL contracts on behalf of an NHL team and assisting
younger players in their efforts to play college or junior hockey
and ultimately achieve a career in professional hockey.
